The Cantina Valle di Cembra pays particular attention to the whole wine-making process.
75% of the total output consists of white wines of which Müller Thurgau is the most famous. Among the red wines, Pinot Nero and Schiava boast the oldest top-quality tradition. Today the demand is very high thanks to the appeal recorded by the market.
The aim is to preserve the "taste", the work, the traditions and nature of this peculiar area of Trentino and to transmit it to expert palates with every single bottle.
This winery is a true "showcase of the territory", featuring the entire wine production of the Valle di Cembra.
The wine can be sampled at any time, thus making it possible for guests, together with our sommeliers, to discover the renowned wines that are typical of the valley and enjoy the "flavour" of the genuine tradition of the "prince" Müller Thurgau, but also of Pinot Nero and Schiava that "symbolise" this land.
Many are the events scheduled all year round: excursions and guided tours (on foot or with your own vehicle) through vineyards and in surrounding areas.
Finally, we wish to remind you of the important July exhibition, the "Rassegna del Müller Thurgau", an international event that hosts over 100 varieties of Müller Thurgau.
The "Vinoteca" is open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm - closed on Sundays.
