The Estate is situated barely 1Km from Montecatini Val di Cecina, small medieval hilltop village. Sorbaiano, in ancient time was a Roman farm settlement, then later a property of the Inghirami family and it has belonged to the present owners since the 1950s. The property extends over 270 hectares, comprising 160 ha. of cereal crops; 70 ha. of woodland; 15 ha. of olives and 27 ha. of specially vineyard, situated in the Montescudaio DOC production zone.
The farm holidays accomodation is an important part of the Fattoria Sorbaiano activities. The apartments are finished with simple yet elegant period-piece furniture. Distinctive features include terracotta floors and wooden roof beams and fixture. There is a lovely swimming pool in a beautiful natural setting.
